Caroline gives everyone the freedom to extend or modify each pose with a range of props or guidance from herself. Paced perfectly and responsive to her class. Caroline’s Yummy Yoga is absolutely wonderful and you can really feel the benefits in calm mind and relaxed body after a yoga session. Each individual person in the class can set their own limits and go at their own pace in a non-pressured, non-competitive environment. The stretching and breathing is so relaxing and you leave feeling completely rejuvenated. The only sign that your body has done work is a little extra awareness in some muscles the following day. So you know you have worked without knowing you have worked!

A yoga class with Caroline is gentle but surprisingly I felt the benefits very early on. If you want to really breathe and stretch, well then this class is for you. In a nurturing environment where no one takes themselves too seriously, it's great for all levels and especially for anyone wanting to de-stress as Caroline’s classes offer great relaxation and that's got to be a good thing!

I really enjoy Caroline's Yoga. Being a bloke, I thought yoga wouldn't be enough of a work-out for me. I was surprised to find some of the poses challenged me but most of all I love the great stretch which compliments my other training. Overall the sessions are very rewarding and I really love the benefits of the class due to the stretching and the relaxation.
Now I understand why Ryan Giggs puts the longevity of his football career down to yoga!!!

Just wanted to let you know again how much I LOVE your classes. They are so nurturing on so many levels. You are so talented at coming up with routines that flow so well, and changing them when you need to. Every class feels different, and yet we get to know the poses really well and feel like we're improving every week. You cover all the bases at looking after us, with the heaters, and setting the scene. And your soothing voice when we relax ... there are no words.
