Please join us for our Christmas fundraiser on Sunday 17th December from 10am-12pm. This year we would like to support our local women, children and family Refuge Centre, which has helped over 900 women and over 700 children this year!
We will gather at The Theosophy Hall in Orewa on Sunday morning, and we will practice some wonderful Chi Gong, (and you can stand or sit to do these practices).
This will be followed by a Breathing Practice and an extended meditation.
Feel free to bring your favourite, cosy blanket!
After that, we'll put on some Christmas Music, have some Yummy morning tea and share some Christmas Cheer!
Please book below. There is no charge for this- we will have a DONATION JAR at the hall and we would love you to bring cash to add to our fundraising FUND. This is a very worthy cause so your donation will be very much appreciated.
