Private Yoga:
Private Yoga is a Yoga Class tailored to meet your needs. Having Private Yoga Classes is an excellent choice in the following situations:
1. You are new to yoga and would like to go through the basic poses used in public classes, in order to gain experience and confidence. This may also be applicable to those who have done yoga before but have had a long break form it, and would like to build their confidence before joining a class. One session may be enough.
2. You have an injury that you would like to support through yoga, and you would like to learn how to modify poses to ensure safety and correct alignment to support your injury. One session may be enough.
3. You would like to do yoga at home for your own specific reasons.
4. You would like a Specific Yoga Programme, tailored to meet your particular needs. This will require at least two sessions. Please see more information about this below.
Time and Cost:
A Private Yoga session typically takes about 60 minutes and the cost is $85, which can be paid online before the session, or can be paid in cash on arrival for the session.

Specific Yoga Programme:
For those of you who would like a Specific Yoga Programme, tailored to meet your particular needs, please read the following
Some people like to have a third session a few weeks later, where some tweaking or intensifying of the programme may be done.
Alternatively, you may feel that you have learned enough to empower you and thus begin your own yoga journey.
Note: Many people then join a regular yoga classes, feeling confident that they are ready to come along to a public class.

- The first session will include a postural assessment as well as a discussion about your strengths, challenges and needs. The session will include some yoga, breathing practice and relaxation. Following the first session, a specific programme will be put together for you, tailored to your specific needs.
- In the second follow-up Private Yoga class, you will practice the set sequence developed for you, and then take this home with you as a home practice.
Some people like to have a third session a few weeks later, where some tweaking or intensifying of the programme may be done.
