Beach Yoga:
ONGOING from Saturday 4th January, 2025
8-9am (Until Sat 29th March)
After this, the class will move indoors again :)
Cost: $12 pp (or use a multi pass)
Come and join us at the Northern end of Orewa Beach, in front of the Scouts Den for a refreshing Yoga Class on the beach. Look out for the Yummy Yoga Flag :)
If the tide is in, we will practice on the grass close by instead - at Arundel Reserve, opposite the beach.
If it's wet or super windy, we have the backup plan of doing the class at the studio. You will receive a text the night before or early on the morning (around 7am) if we need to change to the indoor option ;)
The cost is the same :)
Your instructor will either be Caroline or Nicki, depending on the week - this will be clear online when you book.

What should you bring:
A mat and a hat
Optional:
A towel for under your mat, sunglasses and a cushion :)
