Beach Yoga:
ONGOING from Saturday 13th January, 2023
8-9am (for the summer- Probably until April)
Coast: $10 pp
Come and join us at the Northern end of Orewa Beach, in front of the Scouts Den for a refreshing Yoga Class on the beach.
Please bring your own mat and be prepared to enjoy outdoor Yoga for 60 mins. If the tide is in, we will practice on the grass instead - at Arundel Reserve, opposite the beach (same area). See Pics below.
Please bring a yoga mat and a hat. You might also like to bring a towel for under your mat, and maybe a cushion for seated poses. It can also be helpful to wear sunglasses. If we end up practicing on the grass, you might like to wear shoes until you pop your mat down as the grass can be a bit prickly there.
Please note that we will do our absolute best to set up in the shade, if it's sunny.
