(During the Summer months)
The PARK is located between Centreway Rd and Elizabeth Street, just up the road from the Theosophy Hall. You can park on the road and head down the pathway to the park 😊
Best to bring a towel for under your mat, and maybe a cushion for seated poses. Also, a good idea to bring a hat and sunglasses, even though we will do our best to set up in the shade.
Please book ahead as this only runs subject to having enough yogis booked in:)
We also need your details in case we have to cancel due to poor weather conditions - in which case you get a full refund :)
