This 
is a gentle mix of slow stretching and restorative poses with Caroline; it included lots of emphasis on the breath and gives you space to enjoy time in poses, without rushing from pose to pose. There is a 15 minute meditation at the end of this 65 minute class with Caroline.

Express Upper Body Stretch
This is an express 9 minute Upper Body Stretch with Caroline- great for sore necks, shoulders, upper backs- a wonderful antidote to using technology! :)

Restorative Yoga:
"The Art of Simplicity!"


This is a relaxed flow of poses, aimed at stretching the body gently and effortlessly. The theme for this practice is Simplicity- reflecting on how we can simplify our lives. There is a 10 minute guided meditation at the end of this 50 minute practice with Caroline.

General Flow - Stretch and Strengthen your back

This is a lovely mix of stretching and strengthening the back, taking it into its six degrees of movement, thus freeing up your back and increasing your range of movement. There is a 15 minute meditation at the end of this 65 minute class with Nicki.
