Our Yummy Team
Caroline founded Yummy Yoga in 2016 after training to become a Yoga teacher. Her initial motivation was to help those with physical challenges, like her daughter who was born with a very rare genetic condition. After training in Yoga Therapy, along with Kids Yoga and Adult Yoga Training, she began classes for kids, teens, adults, seniors and even starting teaching in schools around the coast. Now she runs a studio in Orewa and in Gulf Harbour. She runs workshops, retreats and teaches online yoga. Her aim has always been to make yoga available and achievable for EVERYONE. This continues to be her true passion.
Caroline teaches classes in Orewa:
Gentle, General, Yin n Yang, Chair Yoga & Restorative Yoga. Caroline also teaches online.

Nicki was introduced to yoga at a very young age and she has memories of looking at her Gran’s picture book of yoga and being fascinated with a picture of someone doing Lion pose (with their tongue sticking out as they “roared”) Even today, Simhasana is probably one of her favourite poses because it reminds her of her Gran. Although Nicki has been practicing yoga for many years, she decided to dive deeper into it just a few years ago and completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Kawai Pura-Pura in Albany. She has loved the journey as it has unfolded for her, and wishes to share the beauty of yoga with as many people as she can.
