You will arrive at the wonderful Mana Retreat Centre on Friday anytime from 4pm and settle into your accommodation. You may like to explore the Retreat Centre before dinner. The official start will be dinner time at 6pm, followed by an introduction to the retreat, along with some relaxing restorative yoga and meditation before bed.
You will be given a timetable with all the options to share in over the course of the weekend and everything is optional. The food at Mana is absolutely delicious, and the grounds are spectacular. Everything that we eat is sourced on site or locally - all meals are plant based, and there is no meat or alcohol permitted at the Centre.
We will take a walk to the beautiful Sanctuary and labyrinth on the hill on Saturday, weather permitting.
We will close our retreat together after lunch on Sunday, around 2pm.
Cost for the 3-day Retreat (all inclusive- all meals, accommodation, all classes, guidance):
Shared Room/Shared Bathroom: $610 per person
Shared Room/Ensuite: $660
Single Room/Shared Bathroom: $680 per person
Single Room/Ensuite: $760
Camping (bring own equipment: $490

Terms of Agreement
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking :)
Your $100 deposit will hold your booking. Cancellations can be made anytime up to Dec 31st, after which time your deposit shall be non-refundable.
The remainder of the payment for the retreat is due by Jan 10th. It can also be paid any time before that. This will be the cost of the room you have chosen minus your $100 deposit.
This can be paid into the following account:

A/c No: 03 0389 0770512 000
Please write your name and class in the reference.
In the event that Yummy Yoga has to cancel the retreat, all payment shall be refunded.
However, if the cancellation is beyond the control of yummy yoga, a small fee of $40 will be retained to cover administration.
