This is a class suitable to anyone who finds it difficult to get up/down off the ground. We will start seated and then there will be options to stay seated or use the chair standing for balance poses or even to rest your legs over the chair for meditation. The class will be quite slow and meditative, a quiet mindful practice. For any of you who have family/parents whom might benefit from this course, please let them know about it. There may also be an opportunity to zoom this class online for anyone, maybe even in a retirement village, who would prefer to do the practice at home. please let us know if you would like to avail of this option.
