These 1 Day and 2 Day Breathing Courses will help you reset you Breathing Pattern.
If you are someone who has been struggling to catch your breath for a while, or if you have been experiencing symptoms like neck pain, migraines, asthma, snoring, allergies, anxiety, panic attacks and feeling out of control, then chances are - you have developed some dysfunctional breathing habits.
Learning what these are, and taking steps to return your breathing to the natural rhythm and volume that serves your health, will be of enormous benefit to your health and longevity. What we are unaware of, we cannot change!
To help reset your breathing pattern, there is an option to do:
ONE-Day Course on Saturday 29th June OR
ONE OR TWO-Day Course on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st of December
ONE-Day Course
Learn and practice the 9 Habits of Healthy Breathing (based on the International Buteyko Trainer -Tess Graham's best-selling book), along with beneficial yoga and meditation practices.
This is a stand along course, complete in one day.
TWO-Day Course
The second day will incorporate more of the Buteyko Method and will also include lifestyle tools to improve your breathing function through breathing awareness and specific breathing practices, as well as yoga and meditation.
If you are able to do the 2 days - the continuation and progression of learning over the 2 days will be of huge benefit :)

Caroline Collins is a member of the International Buteyko Breathing Practitioners Institute and is one of a handful of professional Buteyko Breathing Re-training Instructors in New Zealand. She is also a Yoga Teacher with additional training in Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Mental Health and Restorative Yoga. Caroline's approach combines both the more rigid Buteyko Breathing Practices, along with the softer yoga and meditation practices, thus ensuring that learners of all types, will benefit from this 2 Day Intensive Training. |
