Bali 2025
Wow- what a fabulous Retreat we just experienced!!! Nicki and I thoroughly enjoyed 8 days of bliss in Ubud, the yoga capital of Bali :)
We did a wonderful Yoga Retreat at a Retreat Centre called The Shala Bali. Each day was filled with early morning yoga and evening yoga, delicious plant based meals, fresh juices, trips to the on-site spa for massages and rose petal baths, workshops (Cooking, beading etc), trips around Ubud in taxis and on scooters, and lots of fun and laughter!
There was a group of 22 of us on the Retreat and people had come from everywhere.

Below is a collage of photos from our trip; everything from the beautiful arrangements of flowers in our opening ceremony, to the presentation of the food, Nicki and I receiving a blessing at the Retreat Centre and at The Famous Empul Temple (with our compulsory green sarongs); some funny pics of us in our rose petal baths, and some general pics from the center and being out and about in Ubud. As many of you already know, we were also scouting it out to see if we would be keen to bring a group there ourselves and the great news is that - WE ARE!
So we are planning on taking a group to this same Retreat Centre in 2027 so watch this space while we wait for them to send us potential dates to choose from. X
